TOWN duo Susan Green and Brett Miles just closed a $10.5 M sale of Unit 2 at 33 Vestry in Tribeca.
Green and Miles represented seller Charles Dunne, one-time vice president of ImClone. Dunne was previously linked to Sam Waksal, founder of ImClone. The two invested in multiple Downtown loft conversions before Waksal was later jailed for insider trading in 2002.
77 Vestry was designed by architect Winka Dubbeldam, and hailed as a “one-of-a-kind, uber-luxury new landmark condominium in 2007 when it opened.
Unit 2 has 4,700 s/f of inside luxury that includes four bedrooms and 4.5 baths, and has a 1,700 s/f garden and terrace outside. It is one of only seven homes in the building. Ceilings are 14 ft. and the kitchen is fitted with Bulthaup B-3 series features. The home also has a parking space under the building that is easily accessed by car elevator.
Miles and Green listed the home at $11 million. The buyers were Robert Fairbairn of Black Rock investment and his wife Sarah.
