TOWN Residential announced the opening of its ninth Manhattan office, TOWN Gramercy.
The new office, located at 33 Irving Place, houses TOWN's executive team, corporate staff and 40 of the firm's top representatives, plus the new International Sales Division.
The opening comes mere weeks after the announcement of TOWN's 730 Fifth Avenue office in the Crown Building, where TOWN's sales team grew to over 80 representatives. In order to combat the space problem that accompanied this growth, the corporate staff relocated to its new home.
"We have converted a spectacular prewar loft with 20 foot ceilings and 60 feet of frontage into a collaborative work space," said TOWN founder and CEO Andrew Heiberger.
The street level location on Irving Place is a crucial for TOWN'S expansion in its Downtown campus.
"Park Avenue is like Manhattan's central highway, and being able to access it directly is tremendously valuable," said Heiberger. "From this location, any neighborhood is accessible--Uptown, Downtown, crosstown. The office is conveniently situated right near Union Square, a transportation hub and fabulous place for sales professionals to be."
The Gramercy area is known as home to some of the most upscale price points in residential real estate, perfect for TOWN'S upscale brand.
