Lacy Katzen is proud to be the recipient of the Democrat & Chronicle’s 2018 Top Workplace award for the 3rd year in a row. In a note to the firm, Managing Partner Craig Welch says “We are very excited about this honor and the many successes that have gotten us this far. However, this is a race without a finish line. We will always have things to work on…as business changes, as the economy changes, as the law changes, as our work force changes, as our leadership changes – we will focus on opportunities to be better; but we will also continuously need to raise the bar on what we are doing well.”  The Democrat and Chronicle partnered with Philadelphia-based Energage, formerly WorkplaceDynamics, the employee research and consulting firm, to determine the Rochester area’s Top Workplaces based solely on employee survey feedback.

At Lacy Katzen, we are committed to our firm values: Teamwork, Excellence, Ethical Behavior and Fiscal Responsibility. These values foster communication and accountability that benefit both our team and our clients.

In celebration of our 2018 Top Workplace award, the Firm held a recognition breakfast on Thursday, March 29th.  Managing Partner Craig Welch along with other Lacy Katzen attorneys took turns serving breakfast to employees (pictured below).
