In a case where Mr. Corletta already achieved dismissal of the most serious charges by Motion, he then achieved dismissal of all remaining charges, including a minor drug charge, in People v. W.E. (Rochester City Ct., 1/10/18).

In that case, Mr. Corletta persisted in insisting on a trial of the two (2) minor charges after the most serious charge was dismissed because he discerned the entire matter was improperly prosecuted.

On the date of trial, no police officers appeared, and there was no corroborating Laboratory Report. As a result, Mr. Corletta achieved an outright dismissal for his client.
