At the intersection of Broadway and 95th street, Two Boots youngest location in Manhattan is right at home. New York’s pizza pioneers looked north when they decided to open a new pizza restaurant, where you can find Two Boot’s unique pizza from all points of the island. Artist JC Pinto created a mosaic on the storefront to celebrate John Lennon, notorious lover of the Upper West Side. This location’s specialty slice is called “The Bella,” honoring anti-war activist and local congresswoman Bella Abzug. Stop by for pizza making classes, kids parties, and John & Yoko tribute art seven days a week.

Conscientious Sourcing: Another Reason to Love NYC's Two Boots' Pizza, Manhattan, New York

Just about any type of pizza is delicious, but a great pie can’t be made unless you start with the very best ingredients. That's why the famous Two Boots in New York City makes a big effort to contentiously source their ingredients from reputable companies who never cut corners or try to sell mediocre products. If you ever wondered how your favorite pizza restaurant always manages to make their food taste amazing, well, they'll tell you:

  • Fresh Vegetables: Whether you get them on a pizza, sandwich, or in a salad, all of Two Boot’s Vidalia onions, shiitake mushrooms, and fresh basil comes from Gotham Greens, a local hydroponic rooftop farm right in the heart of NYC. If you love their Grandma Bess pizza, you can thank San Marzano for supplying bright red organic tomatoes directly imported from Italy! All of their other veggies are either purchased locally from places like Jersey City or shipped up from Two Boots’ very own farm in Baltimore, MD.
  • Artisanal Meats: The pepperoni lovers out there can thank Zoe’s in Petaluma, CA for providing Two Boots with exceptionally tasty little pepperoni circles since 2012. For a true Cajun experience, their Andouille and Tasso sausage come from the beloved Savoie’s in Opelousas, LA, and those looking for something closer to home can try the sweet Italian sausage made by the local butchers at Emily’s Pork Store in Brooklyn or Fleischer’s in upstate NY. Schaller and Weber on the Upper East Side create the perfectly double-smoked bacon, and Hattie B’s in Nashville makes the amazing hot chicken.pizza restaurant
  • Dairy & Vegan Cheese: Two Boots has long been the number one user of Galbani’s premium cheese, and uses a variety of types, from their creamy mozzarella to their classically produced parmigiana, pecorino, ricotta, cheddar, and bleu cheese. For the vegan crowd, Two Boots also offers a non-dairy option created by Daiya Foods so they can enjoy pizza just as much as everyone else.

If you're going to get a pizza, make it New York's best. For pizza delivery or location information, head over to Two Bootswebsitetoday.
